You can make the first payment for your new health plan here.

Enter your Application ID or your HCID from the letter or email sent to you after you signed up. If you don't have it, no problem. You can call Member Services at (855) 383-7247. If you purchased your plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace (exchange), please call Member Services at (855) 634-3381.

This is for your first payment only. You cannot make future payments here. To make future payments, you can:
  • Send them to the address on your bill
  • Pay online by logging in to and choosing Pay My Bill
  • Pay over the phone by calling the Member Services number on your ID card
